DR. PHILLIP B. YOO, D.C.
Dr. Yoo graduate from Michigan State University with a degree in Health Education and Human Performance. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Chiropractic from the National University of Health Sciences. has more than 25 years experience in the healthcare field, including 20 years in chiropractic. He earned his Internationally Certified Chiropractic Sports Diploma (ICCSD) from the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic (FICS). He also earned his Personal Fitness Trainer certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and is a Certified Crossfit Football Coach as well.
He has extensive experience in treating a wide variety of patients, including Pro Athletes to weekend warriors, motor vehicle accident and whiplash injuries, work related injuries, teens and adults of all ages. We commonly see:

Dr Yoo has been a leader in his profession, having served as a Chiropractic Missionary for the Christian Chiropractic Association and he was the South Korean Chair for the World Federation of Chiropractic (WFC) , where he helped the fight for official legislation for the profession of Chiropractic in the Republic of Korea which is still going on. He has published a case study for Graston Technique and was involved in a study for the use of monochromatic infrared light therapy for diabetic peripheral neuropathy. He also enjoys volunteering his sports chiropractic services at the international, domestic, local, and youth sports levels.
Dr. William J. Gutch, M.D.

BIO
William J. Gutch M.D. is a Graduate of Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia,
PA. He completed his Internship at McKeesport General Hospital in McKeesport, PA. He
served in the US Air Force as a flight surgeon and Hospital Commander from July 7th, 1960-
June 30,1963. He then did his residency at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN from
July 3,1962 - June 30,1962. He had a full-time orthopedic surgery practice in Morristown, TN
for 30 years, where he treated over 100,000 patients and did not lose one of them on the
operating table. In 2016, Dr. Gutch had a torn meniscus and Baker’s cyst, which he decided
to try the LaserSTEM procedure and after 2 treatments his pain was alleviated and was
then able to avoid knee surgery. He was so impressed with the results he decided to step
out of retirement, and he is now the Medical Director and Chief Non-surgical Orthopedic
Stem Cell Surgeon of 21st Century LaserSTEM Pain & Regenerative Medicine Institute in
Southern California, where patients fly from all over the country to get the world’s one and
only Laser guided Stem Cell Signaling Therapy. In 2019 Dr. Gutch became certified by the
American Academy of Stem Cell Physicians, where he is working on his Diplomate status. Dr.
Gutch is currently working on becoming the chief investigator of an IRB clinical trial study
on the effects of Laser Stem Cell Signaling Therapy for Osteoarthritis of the Knee & and
Degenerative Arthritis of the Spine.
